If Perky is smart he will 3 bet his entire range from bb and lead with a pot sized bet every time. If he runs hot maybe he gets off to a 10-15 buy in upswing.

If he plays his normal game he won't stand a chance and will probably end up being something like a 20-30bb/100 loser at best.
