Does it say you lost the hand legitimately?

Any chance it just your client stalling at the wrong moment sort of thing?

Your first post makes it sound like a backend glitch.

If you can give me the hand number I can at least report it to techs.

3 players in hand. 1st limp. I limp. Brad raises to 60. Both called. When the turn & river were dealt to me I could see the cards but had no option to fold bet etc. Then says you finished in 25th place.

I am happy to announce one of our resident scammers and cheaters has taken down first in the 3pm, along with many of his cohorts.
