Little do you know but I have had issues with the data not being updated properly, thus the problem with the scores. As far as I can tell the stats for 11/08 are correct and up to date. IT Dept has been working on the solution to this.
An example of this happened in Fridays results:

Opti is far more valuable to the overall site with all he does to help people with problems with books and help with bitcoin, etc.

And you complainers about Sam and the scoring should realize he is not ( I assume) doing the updates by hand - it's seems obvious that there is a problem with the software with both properly adding in the cashes and points and with reordering the lists. Order of lists -- not a big deal if the totals are correct. I hope nobody thinks someone listed 13th with MORE points than someone listed above 13th will be left out.

What is a big deal is the recent total problems ( again - don't blame Sam, blame the update program which we hope can be fixed) . Keep track of your cashes/points and let Sam know about errors. And how about keeping the nonsense out of the update threads so Sam can easily see the posts of score problems.

This is incorrect Sam. I finished 2nd on the 6th, 7th and 8th. I'm guessing it shows 2nd for 200 points twice because I got 2nd in the 11pm on the 7th and I got 2nd in the 8pm on the 8th.

I was awarded 400 points correctly.

Clearly the system is messed up, and that part's not your fault. But seriously, it's 3 tournaments of 6 people cashing a day. There are volunteers to do it manually. It's really pretty simple to do it that way, and whatever you guys are using has been screwing up something comically easy for months. So maybe it's time to just hand it off to a volunteer?

For whatever it is worth, i wasn't bashing you or calling for your impeachment. People have had issues with the scores.

But if it is a system problem, then who even knows if Opti could fare any better than you at getting it straight?

I'm sure people would have been "less harsh" & more understanding if you had just come up under one of the

threads a lot earlier than now & posted about this "data" problem. Speak up more! Let us know things like this!

In his example it's actually not messed up.

The 11pm that I got 2nd in ended after midnight so I was given 200 points on 11/8 and then I got 2nd in the 8pm also on 11/8 for the 3rd night in a row for another 200 points. So just that one example he gave it's actually being updated/displayed correctly.

It is some type of "data problem" with the scores.

If he/they/SOMEBODY had told people that a month ago, instead of today, then there wouldn't have been a month's

I don't think anyone's worried about the standings being out of order. They're worried about their finishes not even being tracked and having to bring it up themselves to maybe get credit

Not blaming Sam at all, but results-tracking is something that should be pretty simple, and it's been a consistent problem for weeks. If people didn't notice and whine to get their points added, they wouldn't get them. That doesn't really seem like a professional operation.

Like I said before, if this software they're using can't do the simplest thing in the world, just appoint it to someone? It literally takes 2 minutes each day. And I think we have multiple volunteers. I'd even fking do it if nobody else would.

Give the top 18 a day, and I could manually input the data in an hour with correct standings.

Fire is one of the few I trust paying a losing bet of that magnitude.

Tripe was the other I trusted to pay on a 29k poker bet. To Tripe’s credit, he forked over the 29k after I absolutely humiliated him on the green felt. Although Tripe paid a few days late & stiffed me on the nominal interest that accrued.

then the other one lost a BIGGER bet than this one to somebody else, and didn't pay it!
