This is kind of scary. One has to wonder if there are other folks around the world who might be doing something similar with the help of staff and due to being more careful (and not live streaming) they are not being caught.

And even if there aren't others, what about the perception? This story has gone fairly viral, how many players are going to be scared to potentially play at all out of the fear that they could get cheated by a superuser such as this? Not to mention all the weak players who might suddenly claim that they only lost in the past because they were probably playing vs some superuser and refuse to keep playing as a result.

I know when this happened online all those years ago (Ultimate Bet) that was the immediate reaction from many "ohh that's why I lost online all those times, I was being cheated" even when it wasn't true, just a convenient way to explain away a lack of skill. So yes feels very dangerous in general.

Konck is really a brilliant guy imo. Not many people could have figured out so quickly that every person on the site other than themselves is actually a superuser - all working collectively to bamboozle him out of the 0 points that he pays to enter the dailies.

It's really incredible the magnitude of the scam that we've been pulling off on him, but I'm even more impressed by how quickly he figured it all out - I know I wouldn't have able to so easily!

It seems very likely he has access to the real time feed from the pokergfx server. Basically, all he would need is the server's IP address and password which strongly points to a co-conspirator that works for the casino or is involved with the live streaming in some way.

If that's the case, what he would see on the phone is a blue screen with the players' hole cards and their equities. The hand that seems to confirm this is the one where postle had 45o and moneymaker and another player had AK.

Postle calls both players' all-ins preflop with 45 and it's the correct call since his hand has ~40% equity. I actually don't think he calls unless he can see the percentage on his phone. He doesn't seem very poker smart so if he just saw his opponents' AK, I think he folds because he isn't able to work out or know his equity unless he can actually see it concretely. Never mind that it looks really really suspicious to call 2 all-ins with 45 in the first place

Regarding the bone conduction headphones in his hat, that's possible too.

At some point, Postle probably thought it was a little suspicious how he would always look down at his phone.

He could have his co-conspirator look at the opponents' cards by method described above and then relay it to him. But since the suspected accomplices all work at the place, it'd probably be hard for them to work and help him all the time.

There are some videos where it looked like he tried to do it with the headphones and without looking at his phone and it looks like it's not quite as effective, especially in multi-way pots where it's hard to remember what everyone has
