Oh my I just called the other "owner" of the poker club and he passed away last night in his sleep. He had sleep apnea and this time he just didnt wake up.

Horrible. He was amazing on old podcasts with Joe Seboc. So funny and happy to lucky. At least that’s how he came across A guy you’d wanna have a drink with and just listen to the stories.

Well the drinking leads to the weight. I drink a lot (booze with diet soda), eat Paleo and workout a ton. Helps I'm Scottish though

Yes the lifestyle, stress, and weight will kill you though
