My poker points in cashier is all kinds of jacked up....Drew help

So I had a 175 rollover with 133 left on it as of late last night. Awhile ago I looked in the cashier and it showed my 1000 rollover win from the 12th place main event was there and that it had already been rolled some showing 401/3000. Then it showed an old? 200 rollover was finished with 212 rolled. I went to sit at a table and now it's saying I only have 133 left of my 1000 rollover 401/3000 roll which means it's saying I only have 133 left of the 1k for the main event.

I should have the 1000 rollover untouched in my account and then a 175 rollover which has 133 left and was rolled around 360/525

Am I drunk or is the software?

I don't know what else we can do. I posted screenshots, I explained it all. I know what it done but I don't know why it did it. I guess we just don't get them now. I wish they would look at hand history and past rollovers.

Drew just fixed mine but took a bit. Sent me the 500 rollover but deleted my 7th place roll from last night. I went to log onto a table and showed 25/1500. After that, fixed both, put back the roll from last night. Now both Saturdays and last night is good. Thanks Drew. These other guys need help too.

I know and agree but that's what we had to do. On their end it shows the payouts were sent. Had to send screenshots and explain what it actually did. I lost a rollover in the process which sucks but at least I got the 1k roll
