Poker Software that can Helpful at the Tables

Hey guys, this is a follow-up to my earlier post regarding poker software that can help you at the tables. I can't take credit for it. One of the other SBR forum members that just joined assembled all this info. You can find more at his blog. Just google Goozik.

      Poker stats.
Do you know your ROI %? How about how often you cash in tournaments? Or how about the amount of money you've won(or lost) playing SNG's. Well these sites can help you, they are free to use. automaticly updated themselves, about 98% accurate.
http://www.officialpokerrankings.com Deals with Multi Table Tournaments, and SNG's larger then 45 people
It covers 5 sites:Pokerstars, Full Tilt, Party Poker, Paradise Poker, Ongame network.

http://www.sharkscope.com/index.html SharkScope is the most complete database of online poker sit n' go tournament results available for these Poker sites PokerStars, Full Tilt, Pacific, Ipoker, Party Poker and a number of others.

I used to use poker tracker, but don't anymore. As a winning player, it didn't help me much. If you're not a winning player yet I'd recommend at least giving it a try.

I wouldn't pay for any service unless you play all the time, most sites have way too many players to keep track of. For sportsbetting poker I use sharkscope (search under Cake) as they allow 5 free searches per day, I'll search 5 players at the table then make a note on them so it saves w/: avg. stake, avg. profit, total profit -+ and the date. The only reason this is somewhat effective is because I've played on the same poker site @ relatively the same stake for over the past 5 1/2 years so I have thousands of notes and it's not uncommon to have 2 or 3 players noted anytime I seat down for a 10 man tournament. Sportsbetting Poker also started allowing people to change their poker name but the notes stay with the player regardless of how many times they change their name.

I've been known to use pokertracker. I've tested a lot of other stuff, on bodog you would need a handgrabber which is pricey-unless you join I think bodog through them its free with a $50 deposit which seems like a great deal. Course you need to rake so many hands, and I'd rather have rakeback but still a good deal. The site used to let you join like Cake or Carbon through them, I'd deposit $50 there and just do their small site BIG sunday tourneys.

I've seen in the software advertising that the software isn't necessarily detectable. Don't know if that is true.
