Well question is stupid really. But answer is simple - It is good as long as u have a draw after flop. It is weak if you hit king as 10 is not a kicker - thats a trouble

i hate K 10, i once defended my BB with k 10, hit a K and i got beat by KJ

With cheap blinds worth a limp but the flop has to be good to you to continue

k 10 is a weak hand preflop, it is way to easy for you to be dominated preflop w/ k 10
