      it also helps to know if your short stacked and desperate or just wishing to make a play with "almost" any two cards.

          your absolutely right,especially on freerolls,players like to push all in from the beginning,hoping to double up without even thinking about their hand

            it really depends on the situation your playing and of course position. Freeroll cashgame. Because in alot of instances that is a possible move and often its clearly fold.

                  depends on your chip stack and if your low if your lookin at 9 10 offsuit possibly take away from a set of rockets but low connectors idk so much .....

                    I don't get the question. I mean you should almost never be allin with os connectors. If you have 9-10 os, in late position no limpers and under 10 bb I'm allin. 4-5 os, early position under 10 bb no way, BUT if it was suited depending on the table I would be allin.
