Poker and sunglasses

I read an article about poker and sunglasses some days ago. There was written that it is better not to use them according to a poker player. He thinks that they are comfortable to stare at other players in the eyes but he doesn't like them because in his opinion people wear them for narcissistic reasons. I think that it's easier to cheat

Wear them if you need too. Otherwise, dont. Some people feel real uncomfortable when they first start playing at live tables. The glasses really helped me in the beginning. Once I got comfortable I don't see a point. In my opinion if you can get to the point you can look someone in the eyes during a hand that can work to your advantage.
