Poker Reset? booted from 3 pm and could not log back in.....

just when I get ready to sit down and play some poker, i get booted from sbr about thirty mins in, and could not log back in until after the trny was over..... (see screen shots below)

I took screenshots of my initial attempt to get back in (2:29 cst/3:29 est)

SBR Admin, can I get a "reset" to play this evening?

shit happened to me also i had to turn my computer off and turn it back on. i had over 45oo points when it went down and 3600 when i came back. also i have a t &t. i finished 8th but could of been better or worse. i had ace 10 suited when it happened. Yes, I got a message from SBR Admin the following morning, saying they didn't see it until then, but couldn't do anything about it even if they had, for some given reason -- i think "embeddedness" -- that I figured would be the case. I responded to Admin saying something along the lines of "no problem, no big deal, thanks for getting back to me, I figured that was probably the case..."
