Why no rules, are you planning on soliciting a 100k loan to cheat? That's the only way you'll ever sniff 100k.

Tat doesn't have 100k. Since DS loaned the 100k to Tat & didn't gift him as claimed, Tat obviously returned the loan to DS. Gifts aren't returned.
