need help quick " wrong user identification"

i was in the middle of playing and all of a sudden when i bet or called something it kept saying wrong user identification and then all of a sudden i cant log into poker at all. i went and changed my password and it still doesnt work.

anyone have this before? im in the 10pm tournament so kinda stressed to make this work

Went to piss and came back and it was up but seating had started so I can't get in.

Also I am missing about 1,400 points from when it went down. I had 700 at one table, 400 at another, and 291 or so at another.

I had just closed 3 tables with almost 1400 points and they disappeared when i was finally able to log in again.

Is it sitting in the poker client cashier BO?

If not. And you have hand history turned on, it may help to post a copy of the last hand played showing the table, time and balance.

I was sitting with $400 at 2/4 NLO, $700.23 at .50/1 O8, and i had something like $291 and change at the 1/2 NLO table. I closed all three tables and went to register for the High Roller at just about the same time the poker client crashed and when I was able to login again, the points were gone. I'm sure they can verify the balances but there 7 or 8 players at .50/1 that can verify that I left with over 700 there.

Cool. Lou is the man that will need to manually fix that one. Probably after the weekend at a guess. Gets a bit hectic for him weekends without the regular office staff on duty.
