first promo of the year in 2015 awarded a lot less points... players avg'd 10,000 less pts in 2015 than 2014.... pt totals should go back up a good bit for 2016 unless sbr cuts payouts down in a later promo

the payout structure was different for the first few months of 2015...only 5 spots were paid and 1st was 500, so I think last year's leaderboard results will be lower than this years.

25% more, but yeah.. Especially as the promos progress, less people play the further along it goes. I was like 5th or 6th in the Championship promo (3 tournaments at the time) when I was gone for 2 months, came back and scores had shot up dramatically due to the extra tournament and the fact most of the tournaments were closing with ~30 people.

All ready starting to see a drop off in tournament attendance, every tournament maxed out at 40 just 2 weeks ago, now the 9 and 11 are only getting up to 34 or 35

Just re-watched highlights of that semifinal. One of the most amazing things I have witnessed in my lifetime. Fully expected the fans to set the stadium on fire at halftime. Seven fukken one.

My guess is Brazil is going to be covering a lot of handicaps and scoring a lot of goals in the next match(es) played on home soil, especially in Belo Horizonte.
