Mine says can only play in one poker tourney per day and I was in the 9pm however that never launched

I was in the 7pm tournament. It gives me "Wrong multi-table tournament state MTT is not on server" message if I try to get to 7pm tournament or 9pm tournament. If I go to 11 pm tournament, it tells me that I can only play in one limited tournament per day.
