Only poor decision i see is posting this. You got chips in middle good and thats all you can really influence in poker. Bothering about rest wont help you at all.

Poorest decision is not learning how the enter key works on a keyboard

Your beat reminded me of a hand last week at the Bike. 2-3 NL, Ive spent almost 6 hours building up 5 buyins and lost 90% of it with 1010 vs As5s calling a 4 bet all in on a 7 10 5 rainbow board. Turn A river A and sharpangles is crying just like you. The point of that is people lose real money, big money, every day on stupid hands like this and we're here talking about a free points tourney? wth do you expect? Just quit playing if you cant take it.

Should've just jammed pre flop like you do with other mediocre hands in bad positions, and this wouldn't have happened.
