I opened an account like ten years ago and totally forgot. I just signed back up with them.
They said the recent deposit was my first one and that's not true. I tried e-mailing and also talking to them live and didn't get any luck.
It makes me feel uncomfortable playing on a site if they don't have any record of me playing on their before even if it's been abandoned for ten years.
How do I get to the bottom of this?
