Anybody else playing Bovada the past few days ??
Having horrible connection issues and disconnects during cash games??
Called them to let them know and of COURSE AS ALWAYS got the ol "it's just you're computer"
So asked what should I do and the tech is like here do this this and this like rebooting / re-downloading / clearing cache / and reset modem and it'll be fine so did that and same thing happens ....disconnect in a middle of hand bad enough it disconnected me but it actually booted me from the table after having money invested in hand (remember this is a cash game )
So decided to call back and they look up hand history and says "yes it seems you have been having issues " thanks alot sherlock why do you think I called you!!!
So get to talk to another tech who says they know the problem so they have me change the DNS server I go to and I do and its even worse .....
Call back again and ANOTHER person says "oh yeah seems you have called quite a bit and you seem to be having issues but its not on our end" "pretty sure it's you're computer lets do a test "and so I go to speedtest.net as the tech said and do the test and give them the numbers and get a "Oh well seems you're computer is running good"
BOVADA CS has no clue !! If you don't know the answer just tell me you don't know!!
All you have to do is look at the notes when I call to tell you I have had issues.
