I'd have to put the line at...
Lazy dealer: -300
Cheating dealer: +280
Makes no sense to set up a scam like this with a dealer who may never be assigned to the cheaters table.

Watch the dealers left hand. The numbskull is f'ing with the deck and showing the bottom card which happens to be an ace.

As you say, nobody is setting up a scam like this that's super-noticeable with a tiny edge at best.

Are there even cards on the table? Almost looks to me like they're waiting for hands to finish while they're hand for hand.

A number of years back in Mpls I had a blackjack dealer cheat for me. I didn't even know the guy either. I just sat at the table and he never took my money when I lost, and gave me 2x when I won. I thought it was so messed up entrapment scam, but I'm weak, I kept playing. I tipped him about $100 at the end and ran the fck out of there.

To me it still looks like they were waiting for other hands to complete, none of the players at the table seem like they're in the hand. The dealer is messing with his watch and playing with the cards while he waits.

This has been tweeted about a lot. There were two players in the hand. First to act bets an Ace river and the guy in seat 6 I believe is in the tank deciding whether to call when the dealer flashes him the A on the bottom of the deck, making it that less likely the better hit the river.
I'm still in the tired/braindead camp here. This scam would make no sense.

I had this happen to me once too. Not quite as obvious as your guy, but anytime the dealer or myself had more than 3 cards he would treat my hand as a win. Happened probably a dozen times in an hours. The first couple times I acted like I didnt notice, then after the 3rd time I looked at him and he had this look on his face like "You're Welcome". I still ended up busting and went home with nothing. He got no tip either.

Don't they have cameras and pit bosses checking on the dealers the whole night? How is it possible for the dealer to give you guys wins like that
