An IP starting with 192 is a local one assigned by a router.. So it's most likely the software's outbound connection, which would explain why it's never booted

I'm sure it'll come back up in about 30 minutes.. once the tourney ends. Seems like the software only has issues during the 7pm and 11pm tourney, and works without a problem when those aren't running.
