flopped the nut straight yesterday and got flushed on the river..then my JJ lost allin pre flop to A7..I take more bad beats than most and rarely if ever say anything.

You are only taking those bad beats because you are getting it in ahead. Go back to the SBRformula for insiders and get it in behind. this will also help u to get in touch with your feminine side!! (U can't get PM?

I almost always get it in ahead, that is the name of the game.

I turned of the PMs a long time ago due to posters constantly begging me for points/loans..got sick of it.
