    4 years ago today the American online poker economy sustained an attack that it still hasn't recovered from. Maybe you were signing on the check your balance, or start grinding the 180 man turbos, or play a $10 5k gtd tourney. Instead you were greeted by this splash screen...



    RIP online poker. You will be forever missed.

      NJ and Delaware are a sad representation of what online poker could be. Controlled by the mega casinos and approved because of huge lobbying dollars.

        I remember going to that thread on 2p2 and listening/watching it all unfold. Texting my friends who thought I was full of shit. It was surreal. Fortunately I had gotten off Tilt in March and was playing on Bodog at the time. Dodged a bullet there...

            Also, I miss those poker shows... and I don't follow the WSOP series much anymore after that. I remember there was excitement following the WSOP series, especially the main event. That was good time...
