tho waves was rarely seen, after showing his great prowess by reraising all-in with aq (read up anywhere on that fish move, ww), and immediately being felted and rendered to last place, he vanished!!!

Yup...bobbo sat in the corner the rest of the bash, while I thought it might more fun to have fun, so our paths didn't cross. Sin, konan, mpasch, a few others and I closed down the poker room both nights, but somehow missed bobbo there too

Regarding your idea of fun, to each their own. I'm retired & play poker daily. so I'm not looking to play much poker while on vacation. One of the reasons I had taken an early shot to double up at bash poker tourney.

My idea of fun was getting lap dances at Eden pool, clubs Moon/Oro, & getting laid in jacuzzi.

I was back at work today for 12 hours making money for my next vacation. Sure a lot of these other guys were doing the same. Goes back to the theory of work hard/play hard. Gambling is fun, but you can't let it rule your life.

Fortunately the format made your play less terrible than you intended. Do what ya want on vacation, but c'mon man...you can't keep pretending you're any good at poker when your excuse for not playing for real money is that you're tired from playing too many freerolls (or at least, you can't do it and not expect people to make fun of you)

So you flew to the Caribbean to get a lap dance at lame pool, hang out at an uninspiring nightclub, and trying to get some in a shallow tub? To each their own I guess, but doesn't seem worth the airfare let alone passing up an opportunity to chat up people you spend time posting with

having no kids helps have a lot of freedom in life to enjoy things. I also like to spoil her when I can. She certainly deserves it.

I have played for real $ both online & at AC casinos. Didn't feel the need to play $1/$2 ring poker on vacation when I: had a guest, prefer tourney's, play 5 days/week, & there's much better things to do at a 5 star resort.

Good lord is there enough chrlorine in that country to save them from having to change the water in there? I'm sure at least the digs were nicer there than what you're used to living where you do.
