New POKER Series Suggests Winners IN Series
Series lasts the usual 3 Months - Same daily format
To Qualify for the Final.
12 Weekly Winners (Most points won for one week) - All ties are in. If a repeat champ wins. Next in line gets in.
12 Weekend Tourney Winners (Open to all every Saturday)
Final Week Qualifiers (Weekly & Sat Qualifiers can play but next in line get into the final. So Top 20 would probably have 5-10 already qualified.)
1-20 top points go in a tourney - 10 get in
21-50 top points go in a tourney - 10 get in
50-100 top points go in a tourney - 10 get in
101 + top points go in a tourney - 6 get in
(or some variation)
The advantages to this format. You don't have to be a three month grinder to qualify.
One week of hot, lucky play and you are in the final.
This format rewards tourney Winners over grinders.
