#5I notice the same thing. At first u can't lose a hand no matter how bad u are. The. All of a sudden no matter how good I get it in its days of runner runner. So streaky. U either can't lose or u can't win. Nothing in between.Comment -

#6good observation, and very correct. they initially give you "can't lose" status to hook you on the site, then jerk it out from under you, hoping you'll be thinking that you are as good of a player as when they let you win, so that you'll keep depositing month after month after month, trying to reattain the success you experienced in your first two weeks of play........
as opposed to turning things around, however, you will never reattain that success..... only insiders and owners of the company get that success!Comment -

#9No, that makes you a luckbox. EVERYONE knows that in order to profit on Bovada, you have to adapt to the rig. OVER 13 MILLION HANDS of data don't lie - the SHIFT key can be the difference between sipping beverages in the Caribbean or moving into the shelter until you can get off the streets.Comment -

i guess i need a refresher course on the proper use of the shift key....... when exactly to hit it. do you hit it before every street or just the beginning of the hand? should you ever throw in a hit on any other keys? (for example, i went left shiftkey, right shiftkey, left shiftkey before the flop, with 98 suited on sunday during the trny, and flopped a f'n strt flush........ was that just coincidence, or did i do something right???)Last edited by Auto Donk; 12-22-14, 11:36 PM.Comment -

#13I played at bovada placed 3rd out of 165 in a $8,000 guarantee tournament. Then can't win a sit n go with people beating me with K5 and I have A K and they flop a set of 5's. So just looking to play somewhere else. They always seemed to have good traffic there. Have bet online poker but not enough traffic.Comment -

#16If you can't beat bovada, it's time to reevaluate where you are as a poker player. Maybe take up fishing or model air plane building instead.Comment -

#26It has to be approved for international purchases. If you go out and buy a regular "vanilla" card it's probably going to get denied. You can also call your bank and authorize your debit card for international purchases. They may also still accept wires, dunno.Comment -

#28Just to update the thread. Got check, deposited it next day and cleared day after deposit. Ive heard stories of it bouncing later down the road so im gonna leave it there for awhile. The atm wouldnt take so I had to go inside and that went smooth as well. No questions asked. The check was from canada and had 8 routing numbers where we have 9.Comment -
