poker points roll over

i have 320 points that i am supposed to try to roll over but the site doesn't allow me access to them.When i try to use them it just gave me whatever i have in my wallet. has anyone else had this problem

You'll need to sit down at a ring table and wager 2 times the amount of each individual rollover before you can withdraw it to your wallet

lost over 500 real points on monday. it still wouldn't let me so that wasn't it

You have to specificaly buy in with the rollover points to the poker table. When sitting down, there are two tabs: one for real points, one for rollovers.

problem is it is only showing me the regular points. I wish i had access to both tabs

when you sit down at the poker table when the buyin window opens, there is two tabs, on the left is the points available in your wallet and on the right is the poker points available that you have to rollover. so click
on the left tab and add as much as you want from your points to the table. also if you rebuy or add always click on the left tab.
