In addition to lending to a scammer, chipup has been confirmed to be borednaz; after owing me and a few others, he made a new account to duck his debts and slipped under the SBR radar. Despite being outted as a scamming stiff, he continues to post as if nothing happened, and will most likely continue to do so until he's banned.
Although if we're talking about the title for this year, it probably goes to wulfman14 in absentia...truly epic lying, ranting, running like god and pissing it away instead of repaying his 75k+ debts
