1) We weren't allowed to drop players for a refund, until Waves pointed out the obvious injustice.
2) Paying out 9th place instead of 3rd place.
3) Losing our annual challenge.

Not sure how any of the numbers are "inefficient", but glad to hear you'll accept my opinion, especially considering there's no alternative and it doesn't seem to impact you

Only listed players on teams to keep it simple. You're not the best kept secret, but one of the top performers last week for sure

Good point! Ratings aren't as precise as they'll likely be in the future as I haven't gathered much data in the past. You're a solid player of course, but being on the leaderboard can't be weighed too heavily for a 4 week contest. For example, bobbo's on there mainly due to running hot and playing in small tournaments so far this year; with the fuller tournaments we're seeing for this shorter promo, he struggles greatly to fold to the cash. Not a problem you or other good players have, just saying I tried not to weight leaderboard stats too much given the numerous reasons they may be misleading.

Future contests might not use prices, but if they do I suspect they'll have increasingly accurate data.

I'm thinking the easiest way to do it is just to have a draft, so players are exclusive and valuation is left up to the players. Coordinating that will be the tough part though!

As yis said a couple pages back, you wanted to be rated as low as possible for this thing. Ratings were a best guess considering information I could find for past performance, combined with format. Would have preferred to do a draft, but wasn't ready for the logistics in time for this...hopefully I will be in a few weeks.
