Bad Beat thread

Running horrible in real poker right now. Down 18 buyins in a week or so losing hands like AK< K9, AJ< A2, AA< 33, 55, 99, JJx2 and KKx2 all calling preflop pushes near the bubble. Wont even mention the times I got it in as a fav post flop or turn and still ended up losing. I'd say 2/18 are my fault so happy with my play but hate the results which is what makes this game so sick sometimes. Now its catching up with me here on SBR....

Almost every thread in the poker forum eventually becomes a bad beat thread...could have started talking about the different chip designs in casinos and someone would have bad beat'ed it up eventually

playing on 5 dimes open waters last night 1-2 dollar blinds heads up… i raise pre flop $4 with Q9d suited guy calls… flop comes 9h9s3h guy immediately goes all in… in my head I'm thinking he either has a pair of aces kings, smaller pair like 7s didn't think he had a 9 and definitely knew he didn't have pocket 3s…. i call is 72 dollar all in raise… guy shows a 9c6h.. I'm thinking heck yeah i got him covered good unless a 6 hits… turn card is a kd river card sure enough is a 6s…. all i could do was laugh…. bad beats like that are the norm in open waters 5dimes poker… i see it happen all the time not just to me but to every player on their

Looking at it again I made a big mistake checking river on that first hand. Was so annoyed, because I knew he was on A high, that I stopped thinking and gave him the pot. Surprised nobody caught that. Probably didn't even read it since its a beat thread lol
