unless there are any pending lawsuits re: the site's failure, statute of limitations has probably run on any claims in any venues in which they could have been brought.... think he stole something like 400k.... he should use the 250k + he just won to pay some of it down -- the moral thing to do -- but he won't. I just read an article from March that said Ferguson was thinking about returning to the WSOP. I don't think it's happened yet, but that would be interesting. I can't imagine that going very well.
