    wsex rake free poker
Finally got around to trying wsex rake free poker. Thought I would give a review for those who have not tried it.

Software: The graphics are not great I would say it compares to pacific or crypto but functionally it is not bad and has most of the features you would need like note taking.

Traffic: seems to be about 1000-1500 at most times, not a great place for tournament players thats for sure as traffic is low there.

Loyalty Bonus: They do have poker points which enable you to get into a $500 freeroll, which is a little small but given its a rake free site i was suprised they even had loyalty points.

Rake is refunded every monday I have only be on a week and have been playing omaha hilo limit 1-2,2-4,3-6 and have gotten about $200 back in rake and am up about $400 besides that so I have not found the competition that tough and a tight player can still make decent $$ plus your basically getting paid about $5 hr to play it really is a great deal specially since its at a very secure site financially. I can see myself playing alot more poker here.

On the downside I was disconnected twice in the week which is more than average for me.....twice a month is about my average. They do have disconnection protection at limit not sure about NL.

top rake refund last week was like $5500, I am not sure how you get that much back must be a bot lol.

Sounds like game selection is starting to get better... I took a look at it after they opened but decided to pass because there weren't full tables at the limits I play... My wife plays some .25/.5 NL and she tried it out... From what I saw the game play is alot tighter then you're typical partypoker type site... My guess is the average player doesn't understand/doesn't care about how much they are losing on rake... Plus if you bonus hunt/chase and get rakeback, in alot of cases, you can get close to or over 100% rakeback... that is my typical route as you got to play where the fish go...

i am finding alot of the o8 hilo players terrible so far, maybe it was just a gd week will see.
          update:
Just tried my first tournament there while watching the games saturday, it was a fpp points $500 freeroll. This is one of the few sites i have played that had no breaks in their tournament. Not bad though only about 70 some showed up . I had the tournament lead through most of the game and then on the final table i lost two hands and was busted down to just enough to pay the Big blind. Had a nice comeback and won it. You really can never give up in NL its been my downfall a few times before. You get a bad beat and are so deflated you just throw away your little stack.

So if you play wsex freeroll you better have a big bladder and get plenty of eats before.

Funny about the bladder. No breaks with 70 players is pretty extreme.

What do you use, an outhouse? There's no reason you can't pee between hands. Flex those Kegels and finish next hand if necessary.

lol yep manage to sneak off but sometimes its tough to leave when your down to the final tables. I can't tell you the number of times i have left a tourn for one reason or another only to find i had qq,kk or aa after waiting hours for it.
