Hi everyone. I was just thinking the other day of the few casinos that do accept instant e-check. Fulltilt poker is one of them. My question to you all is say a US citizen were to deposit using instant e-check and then lose the amount of his deposit before the check clears. What would stop him from putting a stop payment on the instant e-check and never playing at the site again? If there a way that the poker site can recover the stopped payment funds from the US player or no because online gambling is not regulated in the USA? (I am taking $1,000 or less)

#2Most of the sites have very small maximums for new players and a relatively small maximum in a certain time period. You can stop payment on the check but then you will be blacklisted at all the processors so you will not be able to deposit with that again. Also, my friend played at ultimatebet and he accidentally bounced a check at an online sportsbook. He went to withdraw $2k from UB and they took part of his winnings.
I wouldnt recommend it but hey you reap what you sow right?Comment
