It's relative. More than last week? Yea. More than the end of the last contest or beginning of this one? No. I noticed there were less than 30 this morning...

I hope I'm wrong and it does pick up, I just have doubts that it will. Far cry from previous contests where you have 45-50 people selling their spots on the board because there were so many people wanting to play.

I don't even think the structure is the deterrent as much as the length of the contest. Many just have contest fatigue.

there are more playing now than there have been the rest of this summer. At no point in June was it like this. We're now averaging like 33 a tournament this week (*5 means 165 a day playing. Nothing like last year, but for this year with the increased entry fee that's pretty high)

Yeah, this it the reason for this so called increase in tourney numbers, which really isn't a fuk'in increase at all!

because its not about playing right and knowing what your doing. Of course you can get to a table that is like that and that's when its the most fun. Trying to figure what someone is going to do etc.. Then someone will start a thread and there is good chat but since its just a ton of donks calling everything playing with no skill kind of sucks.
