I wouldn't bother responding to someone who is already out of the tournament. If someone is lighting me up in chat and they are still in the tournament, I usually encourage them to come after me with their chips by typing something like, "Dry those peeps, Princess, still plenty of poker to play" or "maybe this tournament is too hard for you. Have you considered a lower buy-in?"

One of those generally gets the response I am looking for.

I played a freeroll on Fulltilt today. I played for about an hour before getting knocked out, my AQ to their AJ, of course they
pull off the str8 on the river, 7000 started and we were down to 700 players with 90 getting paid. Before that hand was dealt,
I opened the chat in a separate window, and it looked a lot like the chat session you pasted. Incredible, the anger some people
spew when they are playing this game. I looked to see if any of the talkers were still in the room and 2 of them were.
It seemed like they were including it in their game so that a person could go tilt on them and go in when they had a bad hand, when instead the rude person had a nice hand. It is not always a person knocked out who is using the hmmmm, trash talk.
