Yes usually should be those facts known at start. To me it looks like you will decide last 14 days depending on who and by how much is on top at poker rankings. Otherwise i really dont get it why you arent telling us!

hes anwsered those and posted them a few days ago
ANY sbr pro can play, theres not a certain # of players that make it (been known since begining)
20 payouts, ALL prizes are poker points (posted few days ago)
