Events take place at SBR Poker room. These poker tournaments are part of the SBR Triathlon.

Mon-Fri schedule
Jan 7th - April 5th
Times: 10AM, 3PM, 7PM, 9PM, 11PM

• Buy-in: 6+1 buy-in
  
• 2,500 poker points per event
• Max 46 players per event.

Grand Finale Poker Tourney

• Sat. April 6th, 5PM ET
• Prizes to be announced later.

Fine-print
1. Must be SBR Pro or have an application submitted by March 20th at 9AM ET to be eligible for triathlon championship prizes.

lou is the poker finale going to be top 100 players only since there are no satellites?

seems to be a good cutoff IMO.

Really no reason to pay out 20 places since we have to roll the points over anyway. It is stupid to play on the tables with just 20-40 points. Just pay out 10 places and pay more for last

i agree with rudy.. anyway to use the standings as the leaders instead of a tourney? i always thought you should pay out prizes based on the rankings. its a crap shoot when you put everyone in a tourney..

Or let us combine rollover amounts into one number, maybe if you have 4 or 5 20's - 50's you can combine them into one total.

In this format it makes no sense that one tourney is much more important than ~50 others. Is like you would make in basket triatlon part 99 games you must place 1 unit and 1 game you must place lets say 50 units?

It is special as it's the last on the schedule and the prizes are somewhat higher. It's not a good strategy to skip the dailies in favor of that tournament though as you'd have no shot at the top Triathlon poker spot.

1st, any chance we have the tournament on sunday instead of saturday (same day as the final 4!)

2nd, i agree with dan, i think we should be able to combine the rollovers or just pay 10 like po said. either one would be better.

yes, scoring will be separate for the championship event in poker with its own prizes from what i understand, wont count towards tri points at all.
