I met at the '10 bash and gave him 100 dollars; he came back an hour later with my 100 dollars and a hooker; he gave me my 100, then him and the hooker started talking about ZJ's and I got lost in their conservation
That's the good thing about multi hand video poker, you don't have to wait nearly as long for big hands.
I'm by no means a tout, but you should try this at 5Dimes JJ. You have admitted you suffer from agoraphobia and you can do this in the privacy of your own home, with better odds than you can find in almost any casino.

i'm with firedawg on this one
i could hit a bunch of royals too if i played all day to have a 100.5% edge
but for some reason pushing a button on video poker for 10 hours straight at $8/hour isn't my idea of fun

This is a -ev payout schedule JJ
If you play 800 hands per hr perfectly you can expect to lose ~$11. For it to be +$50/hr there would have to be a program that pays cashback $61/hr or 1.5% of total cash in.

at times you can crank up to $50/hour value for 12 hours or so each month. so i apologize for the $8/hour comment but i'm pretty sure fishhead is playing those too.
if you find 4 of those $50/hour deals each month, that's $28k/year. not as much as a decent job would pay, but nothing to sneeze at.
and if you're a bonus whore like me, you would have a separate players card for wife, dad, friend that you would play with also (hand pays on royals could get tricky though - i have had to say "whoops i grabbed the wrong card")
Mike you seem to have a clue

if you're gonna dumpster dive do it at large apartment complexes near the end of the month
living in apartments for 10 years you wouldn't believe how nice some of the stuff was that just got left near the dumpsters when people moved out. couches, chairs, etc that looked brand new, a large box of vhs movies one time (that i grabbed).
i don't think i've ever been IN the dumpster, but if someone was in need of free furniture it would be easy to find
