Any Vegas properties allow you to cash tickets at other parent co. properties?

Such as cashing a ticket from Caesars Palace at a Caesars property sportsbook in Reno or Tahoe?

only one I know of that does that is you can cash a palazzo sportsbook ticket at the venetian

and you can cash a Wynn ticket at Encore casino cage

Yes.

As long as they are affiliated, ticket can be cashed.
