When I made a deposit I sent a cashier's cheque by regular mail to the physical address that you can find on the website that onlooker has on his post. Started by setting up an account, only sent $100 by regular mail, seemed slower than the prick when he's making his picks, but after about 3 weeks it popped up in my account. For such a small amount you could probably just take a chance and send 'em some cash. Haven't had the luxury of making a withdrawal, but the site is great and there's a couple of other free contests they run if you're interested.
