I think this case is best solved on the phone with the other party involved. We can do a conference call and iron out the details. If am willing to comply, I am sure BOS should be able to as well.

Bill Dozer is the man to discuss your options with. I don't work for SBR.

      Good Luck,

        Progress News

I spoke with BOS manager Ray Rodriguez. He was very responsive and offered to deal with me fairly.

I proposed we do a conference call with everybody who has an accnt linked with mine. Then I want them to point out every instance of reverse action and see if the book made money + juice or not.

I pointed out this was not reverse action but different people betting different accnts with different books in the BOS family, and really only happened very few times, with the book profiting handsomely well in each instance. This in not reason to deduct 21 dimes from my accnt. If anything, ask me for more roll over.

Ray Rodriguez seemed very understanding. He promised to consult with his parties and call me back.

          My email/resolution to BOS

          Mr. Bettenson,
I know and BOS knows that the 62k you owe was won fairly by gambling.
We could together scrutinize all bets in my accnt and all accnts of other people in question.

There were very few, but if there were no instances of other people betting the opposite sides of my picks in their accnts with other books from the BOS family, BOS would owe ALOT more money.

There was no reason to deduct 21k for my accnt for this.

I want to propose a very fair deal to come to a peaceful resolution. You payed me 41k via neteller. Please take back that money, refund my 21k, and give me a 1 time roll over on the entire 62k. Watch my action very closely.

I am sure the forums will highly commend Millenium/BOS for coming to this fair resolution.

The hell we will. You're just one of many thousands of people these crooks have stolen money from.

              Give it a rest, Chuck.

The guy is trying his best to get something back from BoS and your tired and predictable posts aren't helping him one bit.

BOS policy has to change. If they book the bet, they damn sure better pay the bet and not try to welch citing an obsecure rule.
Amen, amen, amen. This has got to be an industry first what you are doing here John and I commend you for it. Sportsbookreview is becoming the offshore forums Daddy.

tacomax, stop stalking me. You're a nobody with not much integrity. A shallow person indeed.

                    Stalking you? Don't flatter yourself.

I'm just asking that you consider not making your one of your predictable BoS posting-by-numbers posts in a place when it's more appropriate. There are many other threads where you can make one of your "crime family" posts. Perhaps you can start your own thread to keep all your posts in one place?

But in a thread where someone is trying to get resolution from a book do you really think it's a good idea to start bashing that book? Why not have a think about it?
