Nice to see a gaming site taking a stand for the good of the industry rather than simply trying to line their own pockets.Originally posted by pags11SBR would never get rid of me...ever...Originally posted by BuddyBearI'd probably most likely chose Pags to jack off too.Originally posted by curioustaco is not a troll, he is a bubonic plague bacteria.Comment -

#7John, I am totally shocked and amazed at your gesture. In my short time dealing with books, forums and affiliates, I had begun to think that everyone involved were in it for themselves and did not care about the individual bettor. This huge gesture has alleviated a lot of those fears and anxieties.
Thank you,

#8We consider this a real threat to the industry. There have been a about a dozen real complaints in the past week and this is the slowest time of the year.
Imagine how many complaints there will be in September if BOS continues their policy to confiscate winnings based on obsecure syndicate rules?
BOS policy has to change. If they book the bet, they damn sure better pay the bet and not try to welch citing an obsecure rule.Comment -

#19Why is it inapproriate isetcap?
I know and BOS knows that players they cheat for lets say $4,000 can not afford to hire a lawyer and sue them. Well, now they can.
We are making it clear that there are no more free passes to pencil whipping players. The goal is to stop this confiscation policy of theirs right here and right now.
We are fighting them with every thing we have because its time to make a stand and apparently we will get no help from our friends. We are making our stand now. Time will tell if we can stop these complaints/change their policy.Comment -

#21Man it would be great if someone went for this.
If you were suing them, I wonder if you could include your travel costs, SBR's legal costs - and maybe even punitve damages (!!!) - in your requested settlement figure.
Any Antiguan and Barbudan legal experts on board?Comment -

#23Maybe factor some pain and suffering into the settlement equation.
I doubt BOS would let it go to court anyway. From what I can gather from the forums - and applying the considerable expertise I have gained from watching a lot of Law and Order - I would think they would realize they didn't have a leg to stand on and would have to settle.Comment -

#30Certainly a downgrade of the BetOnSports/Millennium Crime Family is in order for the lastest stiff job. According to player Millennium stiffed him for the tune of $20,000.
No need to ever ask how BOS/Millennium can give 50% bonuses on $10,000 deposits. They just steal it back if you win.Comment -

Thank you for inviting me to the forum and this thread.
This is in reference to Millenium/BOS outright stealing 20k from me. I would like to pursue legal action thru you. I am willing to travel to Antigua to seek justice. In that case, not only will I sue them for 20k, but my friend who lost the 20k he bet on Washington Nationals, when I won 4.7k on the other side, will also sue for his loss, coz they closed his accnt immediately after taking the bets. Had he won, they would not have paid him. I won 4.7k, they paid me at that time, only to steal 20k from me after my 240k+ roll over was complete.Comment -
