My streak should have ended yesterday, Yisman. I picked Ethier and Kemp. Eithier did not get a hit, but I was saved by Scotts so my streak continues.

Why stop a 8? I'd keep DD unless it was a short board that day. I'm on

because risking a double digit streak on it is clearly -EV

the odds are against you. It's not worth risking a double digit streak when either one of two guys failing to get a hit (and one guy getting a hit in a game is rarely above 70%) can torpedo it.

You double down early, go conservative late. Only reason to dd with a big streak is if it's september and you're running out of chances.

interesting analysis coming from a dude who put in around half his stack on a marginal hand out of position and if missed the flop would have had to fold

they are seperate events though, the hits in different games, i don't follow the advantage you would have by waiting another day, each day. in fact in my thinking it's a disadvantage bc it takes you longer into the season before you bust, giving you less streaks in the season.

okay...around 35 percent of your stack...so basically you were giving away 35 percent of your stack if you didn't hit the flop...which the majority of the times you will not...like you said earlier a10 not that good from that position but yet call a re raise with really no plan once the flop comes

Yes sir, my streak is up to 7 and I have Jeter today. Jeter is seeing the ball well off right handed pitchers right now. The pitcher Jeter is facing gives up alot of hits versus right handers. Weird, but I went with it.

Is anyone interested in making a pack or a group? Just like they do in the lotto, we make a group of 10 or so and split the money. The majority of the cash gos to the winner obviously, while a tiny percentage gos to the rest of the group. I would be down for this, I'm not greedy. I think you are allowed to have a friends list on MLB BTS to see how your friends are doing. Anyone up for this?

no one has ever 'won', because winning means that phony grand prize. It's like the perfect bracket thing, no one is going to do it and they know that. No one in the history of the game has even come close.

I'm at 7. Boston hit for me yesterday and I only took one today because I wasn't going to be on in the morning. Took Jeter.
