I'm locked out of my account, I keep entering the right information, it allows me to change my password, then I enter the new password and it tells me to wait 24 hours and log in with the new info. I've waited 72 hours now and still nothing.

And lucky for me, if I email their support team, I get an automated response telling me to do what I've already done 10 times.

May be billionaires for starting it, but my god, what a shitty product. I wish they had sold it to google.

ive been locked out of mine for over a year. kept saying to them it got hacked and i cant enter my bday to change my password as the hacker changed bday listed so it doesnt match up. all they do is send the same old password resetlink. GL

Not sure why all the hate for facebook? It made a lot of sense to have it for undergrad b/c I never went to class and could ask people I knew from certain classes what we did and didn't have to put 500 people's numbers in my phone.
