Our limits in college basketball may be a smaller than other shops due to the fact that we offer a free half point with some pretty big bonuses.

As we get closer to game time our limits are up to $1000. But yes our overnight limits are low.

Also I asked Ice to contact me because I do not think ever in all my years I have collared someone to $100 with a rollover pending.. I much rather send them their money back in that case. I am sure this was a mix up and will look into that for him.

It is not about how much you win to get limited I have guys beating me for 40k + but they dont beat my closing numbers every day or not 75% of what they play moves to their favor.

The best way to get your free half point removed or your limits cut at all almost every book out there that offers clients big bonuses is playing the steam or chasing it this is no secret a book that offers you 100% freeplay will have lower tolerance than the book that offers you 20% or 15% on reloads correct me if i am mistaken when a client is either playing the steam or chasing it when guys take you down day in and day out and beat your closing #s with a free half point and a bonus .. well its an easy call for any bookmaker. I am not trying to turn Betislands into Pinny .. It is a solid shop that people can always count on getting paid , good service , sweet bonuses but I am never going to be the shop that takes the big wagers $1000 on a NBA side is good enough for me.

You're a good guy. You guys are later on lines (especially ML's and over/unders than most), but from my experience, you have the best customer service in the industry. That goes a real long way in my book.

BetIslands do it right to protect themselves when offering huge bonus and free half point. It is good for average players to continue to enjoy these benefits when the book is conservative with limit. But for the players who want to bet big, perhaps they should specify an option that has increased-limit but less bonus and no-free half.

BI is nothing but smooth! I decided to try them for the first time this superbowl. The deposit was quick and smooth.

On mistake, I placed a bet on Giants +3, I meant to place it on giants ML. When I placed it, it was giants +115..

Giants ML went up to +125 ML, but they still canceled my spread wager and told me to replace it on the Giants ML. got free +10 ML.

If that's not great service I don't know what is...

Yeah Bookmaker has juicier lines but high limits. 5dimes customer service is starting to drive me away. I hear they limit people at 5dimes but I've never had that problem.

All in all though BetIslands seems like a book going in the right direction. I'm gonna throw some money in with them in a few days. They are decent to their clients and they pay quick.

Guys -- if you are a small or medium recreational bettor, BetIslands is the way to go. 5dimes is also a good option. But Jon did a great job at Wagerchief, and has turned BetIslands into a very formidable book. You will get a fair shake and prompt response if you have an issue.

If you are a big player, there may be better options out there for you.
