Made a $400 deposit into Bodog yesterday to re-new my SBR Pro membership. Also made a deposit into Bookmaker at the same time. Called both with reference #, and went on my way.
My Bookmaker account was updated before I even got home, including bonus and updating my account to Diamond status. I saw that my Bodog account wasn't yet credited, so after another call, I'm made aware that because the clerk didn't ask me for a copy of my DL, this transfer wasn't verified. After explaining that the store was 45 mins away, I was instructed to email a copy of my DL, which I immediately did.
Over 24 hours later, no news...NO MONEY. I just called again, and now I'm told there was a delay today due to a Tropical Storm. The Bodog rep suggested that I just continue to check my account status periodically, and hopefully it will be updated sometime tonight.
Two questions.....1) Why do I have to continue calling them to find out where my money is? 2) How long of a DELAY do you think they had picking up my $400 I sent them??
I understand things happen. But I think this type of customer service is unacceptable. I certainly wish I could get the same enthusiastic attitude from them regarding the whereabouts of my money as I did when they were giving me deposit instructions.
