Since 1992, LSU is 18-1 vs. Miss St. They are the superior team. I liked the line more when it was -3 than -4 though. LSU won't lose this game unless they lay a complete egg.

Falcons in the NFL at home last year was the squarest bet in wagerville, Pats too, both those teams were covering machines at home all season, squares did very well there, too much emphasis put on this sharp/square angle, having said that, passing, like I said, too much BS goes on in these mid week ESPN games.

Anyone who bets on Miss St clearly did not watch them play against Aubutn. Their QB cannot throw the ball at all. At sometime in this game, Miss St will be forced to pass the ball and that's when it will go downhill fast for them. LSU's offense is shaky as well, but I think their superior defense and special teams play will keep the offense on a short field for most of the game and allow them to put up enough points to win. I am staying away from the -3.5 though and making a play on the MoneyLine. I may parlay it with the Packers and Steelers ML's for a better pay out. I don't see any of these 3 teams losing this week.

I dont know if its kragthorpe in the booth or j lee 5th year experience but qb situation isnt all that bad anymore j lee is making good decisions offense actually looks good this year. Jefferson being out is a blessing imo.... j lee looks like hes ready to do what lsu needs him to do make a few throws and not turn the ball over...hand the ball off to ware, gore,,ford and blue and let the defense do its thing.
