If he bet 5 -110 spread lines he would have won $126,795. So he added two huge ML's -445 & -290 since he thought there was value to make it a 7 team parlay. What if he chose 6 -110 spread lines and the last one lost by the hook?
Props to the guy for hitting a 7 team parlay. Nothing wrong mixing a few huge ML's in it to reach max by betting an extra game.

We never hear anything from a DSI rep here until somebody hits a big parlay. Irresponsible from DSI to post this. Books should never publicly release financial information about players (and it's not anonymous when you post it on a forum about a forum member). Book not classy enough to take the (small) hit without using it as advertising.

I'm also a little leery about a person doing a 5k parlay especially using a -420 ML and a -320 ML. This story doesn't make much sense to me. No one would ever just blow 5k on a parlay... I don't care if your bankroll was one million dollars. Parlays were designed for you to lose on. Any wise person with a hefty bankroll never parlays. Hedges. But never parlays.

It seriously is hard to believe but I have seen $20,000 six teamers. $5,000 parlays are unusual but they happen more often than you would think.

Once saw a guy hit a $5,000 six team NBA parlay for $520,000+

Hey from what I can tell BetDSI didn't post anything confidential so in my mind no one can cry "unclassy, etc". When a casino pays out big they make it a public display, so on because yes it is the best advertising they can get. Good observation. That would take away from his "Sharp" points. But then again $200 to a guy betting $5k parlays is probably like $5 to the rest of us.

The numbers dont addup!!! Run the numbers (7team parlay only) on www.parlaycalculator.com and it says 5000/82593.96, which is still nice, but not near $150,000, only a crack above 80k...am I in the right frame of mind here?
