I'm not going to waste my breath on the why because there's a counter-argument for everything... but basically the Saints have a running game and the Packers don't. Almost everything else is comparable between the two clubs.
I'm just going to tell you that as with LSU/Oregon there is terrific value on taking the Saints to win the game outright. You're getting a fundamentally superior football team with a great coach. You're getting a great shot at an "upset" at a super price. What do you look for as a gambler, if not such a scenario?
