I blame ANYONE and EVERYONE that is not a Libertarian. Because if you are not a Libertarian(or an independent), you do not believe in Freedom. If you are a Republican or a Democrat and you think you believe in Freedom... you are a moron. Because if you TRULY believed in Freedom... you would not be a Republican nor a Democrat.

Let's deal with some facts here.

UIGEA was attached to the the Safe Port Act of 2006.

It was attached by a GOP Bob Goodlatte (Virginia)--who also authored the Internet Prohibition Act-----the UIGEA was attached to the Safe Port Act at 10PM at night-----during a GOP Conference Report. Two GOP Senators, Bill Frist and Jon Kyl are credited with moving the UIGEA through the Senate so quickly. In 2006, the GOP had majorities on both houses, as well as the presidency.

The Bill was passed on September 30th, 2006, and signed INTO law by GOP President George W. Bush.

Obama may be failing miserably, but it is disingenuous to suggest that this is Obama's fault that these poker sites got crushed.

Let's be honest. If a Democratic House/Senate and President had been the ones to author, pass, and sign into law this horrible law---then would you GOP supporters be so willing to take some of the blame?

uigea is the reason why pinnacle and netteller left u.s. shores and sportsbook operators have been arrested since the enactment.
