    Obama/Edwards is your Democratic ticket.

    There's no crying in politics.

Not sure if Edwards will want to do the VP thing again. An Obama/Biden would not be to surprising.

Another thing to show just how far Hillary has fallen is the rallies in NH are drawing over 3,000 ppl for Obama, and lucky to draw 500 for Clinton. It's also being reported that the cars at the Hillary rallies mostly have NY, or MA license plates!! can you say PLANTS!!

If this was a football game Obama would be AT LEAST -600 to win. He's way up in the reputable polls, and has momentum beyond belief, while Clinton Inc is in full scale implosion.

        Obama Costs Irish Bookie $75,000

Paddy Power pay out on Barack Obama as Democratic Nominee

        DUBLIN, January 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Ireland's largest bookmaker, Paddy
Power, are today claiming that the Democratic Nomination race is well and
truly over and are already paying out on Barack Obama to be the successful
        Democratic nominee.

The early payout signals a massive EUR50,000 ($75,000) payday to lucky
punters who backed Obama over the recent number of weeks at various odds
        ranging from 4/1 to 4/9.

The unexpected decision by the Irish bookmaking firm comes almost a
week after the Iowa primary election and just a day before the New
Hampshire primary election where Barack is now the odds on favourite at
1/12 to demolish his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.

Paddy Power, said: "From a betting point of view we reckon that it's
game over for Hillary. With each passing day Obama is looking more like a
certainty to get the Democratic vote and as far as we're concerned he's
already past the post. So well done to all who backed him, your winnings
        await!"

Barack Obama has also overtaken Hillary Clinton for the first time in
the betting to become the next US President. Paddy Power now make him the
odds on favourite at 10/11 to become the first African-American President
over Hillary Clinton who has now drifted to an incredible 5/2.

I think the only reason Clinton will stay in is the risk something happens to Obama or some huge scandel brakes. Barring that, I think the nomination is his. An Obama/Edwards ticket can likely roll over any republican ticket. McCain will likely win Republicans, and really this is their best option to run against this ticket. Obama will have to really stumble in order for Republicans to have any chance of winning.

****ing polls. Obama by double digits turns into Obama loss. I have no real feel now on his chances. Is back to pre Iowa prices in the markets. Before the the voting yesterday he was at close to -400. Now he is back to +150 to +175.

It's really pathetic that not even pollsters can do math anymore. (Since there's basically nothing else to their job!) First the exit polls in '04 that got Kerry bet up to above -200 at Pinny on election day....and now this. For a 10 point leader in an ACCURATELY conducted poll to lose is pretty much impossible. Obviously, it depends on the size of the sample space, but I'm guessing at LEAST 3 standard deviations off - which makes it vastly more likely that the pollsters were, in fact, butchers.
